1. Acceptance of terms

By downloading or using Hair Vibe AI ("the app") you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

2. Service description

The app generates AI previews of hairstyles, hair colors, beards and eyewear on a photo you provide. Results are illustrative visualizations only and are not professional styling, medical or cosmetic advice. Actual results at a salon may differ.

3. Fair use policy

The app is provided for personal, non-commercial use. To keep the service fast and affordable for everyone:

After 10 generations in a day, a short cooldown applies between generations.
A maximum of 30 generations per day applies per device.
Automated, scripted, bulk, or resale use of the service is prohibited.
We may throttle, suspend, or block devices that show abusive or unfair usage patterns, with or without notice.

4. Subscriptions

Hair Vibe Pro is an optional paid subscription that removes locks and raises limits within the fair-use policy above. Payment is charged to your Google Play account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in your Google Play account settings.

5. Your content

You retain rights to the photos you provide. Photos are processed only to create your preview and are stored on your device. You must have the right to use any photo you upload.

6. Prohibited content

No photos of other people without their consent.
No photos of minors.
No unlawful, hateful, or explicit content.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that results will be accurate, flattering, or uninterrupted.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hair Vibe AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
